Our home space has a dedicated Retreat Room with space for up to 8 individual work stations. Perfect retreat for Artists, Quilters, Paper Crafters, Writers, Knitters, Ladies' Getaways & all kinds of creatives!

Comfort and quality make the perfect retreat experience. Good Times Crafting is Northwest Indiana finest small group retreat center designed with creatives in mind.

We host BOTH private group retreats AND instructor-led retreats where you can come as an individual.

At Good Times Quilting, we are passionate about quilting. Our founder, Brenda started quilting as a hobby and quickly fell in love with the craft. She decided to open Good Times Quilting to share her passion with others and create a space where quilters could come together and learn from each other.

We are located 4 miles from historical downtown Crown Point and Lowell, Indiana. West of I65 and off SR 55, approximately 54 miles from Chicago, Ill

Enjoy a leisurely quilting retreat. This boutique retreat serves a small group of ladies. Accommodations up to 8 people, with your health & safety in mind. Sorry men, this is a lady quilting retreat only, due to the sleeping accommodations and facilities. Minimum stay is 4 people, two nights.

Feel free to sew as long as you like, shop at the local quilts and enjoy delicious local cuisine or cook you own meals in the full kitchen.

Gather up your nearest and dearest friends and head to Good Times Quilting for a fun-filled quilting or craft retreat. Sew, relax and do a little more sewing. Bring your scrapbooks or favorite craft project. Shop at the many antique shops while you enjoy all that this remarkable town has to offer.

Bring your unfinished projects. Your group is renting the entire upstairs and downstairs which includes sewing/activity area, living room, dining area with full kitchen. When you are ready to turn in, you will sleep comfortable in our cozy beds. No changing buildings. All the beds are new beds very comfy! Eight twin beds. Our sleeping area is configured into two areas with four beds each upstairs. No private rooms. Ages 18 and over please.

The restrooms just steps away from bedrooms. There are two private shower rooms.

Continental breakfast is provided each day of your stay including yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels and muffins. Coffee and tea provided for your stay.

Lunch or dinner can be catered in from many of the local restaurants. Or use the full kitchen.

The food package includes breakfast and dinner is extra.
